Return Policy

Luxury is peace of mind. Since we engineer for precision at Rafael Stores, we stand behind the fit.

1. 7-Day Window

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2. The "Pristine" Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all Rafael Stores hang-tags and the Gold Wafer Seal (if applicable) intact.

3. Exchange-First

We prioritize exchanges for a different size. If the size is sold out, we offer a Store Credit (The Rafael Voucher) valid for 1 year.

4. Non-Returnable

For hygiene reasons, "Essentials" (bodysuits/undergarments) and custom-altered pieces are final sale.

5. Logistics

Rafael Stores covers return shipping if the error is ours (wrong item or defect). For size changes, the customer covers the return courier to our Lagos hub.

6. Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Mediation

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your purchase from Rafael Stores, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through direct negotiation with our Customer Success Team for a period of fourteen (14) business days.

If the dispute is not resolved through informal negotiation, both parties agree that the matter shall be submitted to Mandatory Mediation at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC) or a similar recognized mediation body in Nigeria. Each party shall bear their own costs of mediation.

No Class Action: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive your right to file a lawsuit in a court of law until the mediation process has been exhausted.
